The tour will take you through our vineyard and wineries to explore how our traditional method English sparkling wine is made. We’ll guide you through our pioneering history, our sustainability journey and our innovative winemaking approach. A Ridgeview wine expert will host a relaxed tasting of three limited-release wines from exceptional vintage years, served with a Sussex cheese board from local, artisan makers. To complete the experience, you’ll taste our new, critically acclaimed Sparkling Red Reserve described by Nina Caplan in The Times, as “lovely, elegant and full of juicy red cherries..”
